2016-2018 Restaurant “Pub Vabank” Międzyrzecz, Poland
Initially as pizza-man. During the development of the kitchen and serving more and more dishes and types of dishes, I was promoted to the chef. I managed a team of up to 15 people, 4-5 people on one shift. Served dishes include pizza, kebab, salads, chicken, dumplings, main dishes. The restaurant is about 160m2 plus a kitchen 100m2. We served 150 people plus 80 for the weekend. Orders per day, scope of duties: ordering goods, taking care of simultaneous dishes on the table, watching and modifying recipes, taking care of the quality and size of the portions issued, determining the work schedule on the kitchen, completed HACCP course.
